Canadiens' Torrey Mitchell: Pots second of the season

Mitchell scored a goal on his only shot on net in Thursday night's 5-2 win over Arizona. It was his second goal of the season.

Analysis:

The Canadiens played well Thursday and head coach Michel Therrien rolled all four lines, leading to a season-high 13:19 of ice time for Mitchell. When the fourth line is getting that type of playing time, there's obviously greater opportunity to score. Mitchell's not considered a scorer -- his status as a fourth-line center should tell you that -- but the 31-year-old is coming off a career-high 11 goals in 2015-16.
