Stars' Tyler Seguin: To play in Opening Night matchup with Ducks

Seguin (heel) will dress for the team's Opening Night game Thursday against the Ducks.

Analysis:

Coach Lindy Ruff indicated Monday morning that the star center should be good to go for the team's opener, and that is indeed the case. The Stars will look to take advantage of a Ducks team that's playing on the second night of a back-to-back set to open the season, and Seguin will look to build on another solid campaign in 2015-16 in which he tallied 73 points (33 goals, 40 assists) over 72 contests.
