Penguins' Kevin Porter: Will suit up against Red Wings

Porter (ankle) will be in the lineup for Tuesday's preseason matchup with Detroit, Seth Rorabaugh of DK on Pittsburgh Sports reports.

Analysis:

After missing the start of the year with an elbow injury, Porter was bit by the injury bug again during the 2015-16 campaign and missed the final 43 games of the year including the postseason. Healthy again, the veteran will look to prove why he was brought in last season in the first place.
