Blackhawks' Duncan Keith: Practices Friday
Keith (knee) practiced Friday, Tracey Myers of CSN Chicago reports.
Analysis:
Keith pulled out of playing for Team Canada in the World Cup of Hockey to nurse his surgically repaired knee. It's still unknown how much Keith will participate in the preseason, but the veteran defenseman has been skating for about a month. The Blackhawks will take a cautious approach with Keith, but assistant coach Mike Kitchen believes that Keith "should be fine" for the regular season. Last season, the 33-year-old notched 50 points (nine goals, 41 assists) in 75 games.
