Canadiens' Nathan Beaulieu: Gaining interest from other teams

Beaulieu (thumb) is said to be on the trade block, but the defenseman believes he'll stay put, CBC reports.

Analysis:

Canadiens GM Marc Bergevin recently said that he has received calls from other teams regarding Beaulieu and "it's [his] job to listen" to them. While this doesn't necessarily mean that Beaulieu is on the move, he's certainly an intriguing left-handed defenseman. There's been no official update on Beaulieu's thumb injury this offseason.
