Flames' Troy Brouwer: Signs with Flames

Brouwer signed a four-year, $18 million contract with the Flames on Friday, TSN's Bob McKenzie reports.

Analysis:

The 30-year-old will enter his 11th year in the league after spending a one-off season in St. Louis, where he accrued 18 goals and 21 assists over 82 outings. In fact, Brouwer has managed to play all 82 games in each of his past three seasons and will look to add depth at right wing on a team that also rosters Johnny Gaudreau, Alex Chiasson, and Michael Frolik.
