Lightning's Ben Bishop: Officially out Friday

Bishop (leg) has been ruled out of Friday's Game 4 against the Penguins, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Analysis:

Bishop said he's "getting closer" to a return after sustaining the leg injury in Game 1 last week. An earlier report noted that the hulky backstop was on the ice for an optional skate Friday morning, but was immobile while standing between the posts. Andrei Vasilevskiy has received the starting nod for Friday's game with Kristers Gudlevskis available as the backup.
