Panthers sign goaltender Montembeault to entry-level deal

Samuel Montembeault inked a three-year, entry-level contract with the Florida Panthers, the club announced Tuesday.
The Panthers selected the 19-year-old goaltender 77th overall in the third round last year. He had a .901 save percentage in 47 games during the QMJHL regular season, and a .925 save percentage in 11 playoff contests.
The Quebec native stands 6-foot-3 and weighs 188 pounds.
