Predators' Pekka Rinne: Starts in net Saturday

Rinne will work between the pipes Saturday evening, facing the Sharks on the road in Game 5 of the Western Conference semifinals, Adam Vingan of The Tennessean reports.

Rinne was fantastic in his last start, turning aside 44 of the 47 shots he faced en route to a 4-3 triple-overtime victory in Thursday's Game 4 in Nashville. The home team has come out on top in each of the first four games of the Predators' second-round matchup with the Sharks, a trend Rinne will hope to buck in Saturday's Game 5 in San Jose. Although it hasn't shown in this series, the Sharks have struggled at home at times this season, making Rinne a somewhat sneaky play in daily contests for those willing to roll the dice on a road starter.
