Seguin is dealing with a lower-body ailment, which Stars coach Lindy Ruff said is different from the forward's recent Achilles injury, but still related, the Associated Press reports.

Analysis:

Ruff suggested to reporters that Seguin may have suffered the apparent setback by attempting to play at a high pace after missing a month of action before returning for Game 2 of the first-round series against the Wild, when he was limited to 15:40 of ice time. Seguin hasn't played since then, and the Stars announced Tuesday that he won't even skate for the "next few days." This seemingly jeopardizes his chances of suiting up for the start of the semifinals versus the Blues, with that series beginning Friday.
