Browns' Jennings gives up No. 10 for RG3

Robert Griffin III won't be trying out a new number when he gets his long-awaited fresh start in Cleveland this year.

The new Browns quarterback tweeted Tuesday thanking wide receiver Darius Jennings for giving him the No. 10 jersey he wore throughout both his college career and during his four-year stint with the Washington Redskins.

Newly acquired players seeking a specific jersey number will typically offer some sort of gift as part of the exchange, though it's unclear if that was the case as part of this agreement.

Griffin is expected to enter training camp as the starter regardless of whether the Browns draft a quarterback, so he'll be given every opportunity to get his career headed back in the right direction.
