The Carolina Panthers will host free-agent cornerback Brandon Boykin on Monday, a source told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
Carolina could be the first of four teams Boykin will visit, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Boykin recorded 25 tackles, a sack, a forced fumble, and an interception while playing in all 16 games with the Pittsburgh Steelers last season.
The 25-year-old is considered one of the top free agents available.
Boykin specializes as a slot cornerback, and would be deployed in nickel and dime packages were he to sign with the Panthers.
All-Pro Josh Norman is firmly entrenched at right cornerback, but Boykin would likely be afforded the chance to compete against Bene Benwikere for Carolina's starting left corner slot.
