Kenyan Drake joins Dolphins' backfield
John David Mercer / USA TODAY Sports
The Miami Dolphins have selected running back Kenyan Drake out of Alabama in the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft, 73rd overall.
Drake will fight for the lead back role on a crowded roster that already includes Jay Ajayi, and Damien Williams.
If he can't crack the rotation, the Dolphins may elect to use Drake on special teams.
