The Cowboys expect Bryant (foot) to be ready for the offseason program, ESPN's Todd Archer reports.

Analysis:

Bryant is reportedly making good progress in his recovery from a January surgery on his troublesome right foot/ankle. He may still be limited during OTAs and minicamp, but should be back to full strength by the time training camp begins. With Tony Romo (collarbone) also expected to be healthy long before training camp, the entire Dallas passing game will be well positioned for a major return to form.
