The Dolphins "definitely" want to retain Miller in free agency this offseason, the Miami Herald reports.

Analysis:

Drafted and developed by the Dolphins over the past four seasons, Miller's effectiveness as both a runner and receiver should interest a new coaching staff under Adam Gase in 2016. With one campaign of 1,000 yards rushing under his belt, Miller has also increased his output through the air each year, while accumulating 22 touchdowns along the way. The backfield is already populated by 2015 fifth-round pick Jay Ajayi, though, so the organization has a difficult decision on its hands.
