With DeMarco Murray and the Philadelphia Eagles reportedly headed for a "stare-down" regarding the running back's long-term future, Dez Bryant is already beginning the recruiting process.

The Dallas Cowboys' star wide receiver sent a tweet to Murray on Thursday, seemingly suggesting he rejoin the team with which he spent the first four years of his NFL career.

Murray led the league with 1,845 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns in 2014, his final season in Dallas before joining the division-rival Eagles on a lucrative free-agent deal.

He didn't live up to expectations as part of Chip Kelly's offense, however, running for just 702 yards while being moved in and out of the starting lineup.
