Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota will undergo an MRI to determine the severity of a right knee injury suffered Sunday against the New England Patriots, according to Pro Football Talk.
It's believed Mariota suffered a MCL injury, Pro Football Talk reports.
Mariota left the game in the second quarter and his knee was fitted for a brace after being sacked by Patriots linebacker Jamie Collins. The rookie quarterback finished 3-of-6 for 32 yards.
Zach Mettenberger replaced Mariota, going 20-of-28 for 242 yards, with two touchdowns and two interceptions, as the Titans stumbled to a 33-16 defeat.
