Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota was forced from Sunday's game against the New England Patriots after suffering a knee injury.
Trainers were spotted looking at Mariota's right knee on the sideline and fitting him with a brace. Mariota missed two games earlier this season with a left knee injury.
Interim head coach Mike Mularkey told CBS on the way off the field that Mariota is unlikely to return.
Zach Mettenberger completed 4-of-6 passes for 38 yards in the first half in relief of Mariota.
