Patriots' Dion Lewis likely a game-time decision vs. Dolphins

New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick was mum Wednesday on the status of running back Dion Lewis for Thursday's game against the Miami Dolphins.

"We'll see tomorrow," Belichick said, according to Phil Perry of CSNNE.com. "I mean, we didn't really practice this week. A lot of us could have got through practice. My mom probably could have got through practice."

Lewis, who missed the Patriots' Week 7 victory over the New York Jets with an abdominal injury, was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. Offensive lineman Shaq Mason, receiver Keshawn Martin, and running back Brandon Bolden were also limited.

"Most of those kinds of decisions are game-time decisions," Belichick said. "Sometimes they declare earlier than that, but generally you don't want to take a player out a day and a half before the game and test him. When you can give him another, let's call it 36 hours, and test him, you might see a better result. We'll just have to wait and see."
