Bucs part ways with Da'Quan Bowers after 4 seasons
Da'Quan Bowers' tenure in Tampa Bay has come to an end.
The defensive end tweeted Friday that he was released by the Buccaneers.

Bowers, a second-round pick of the Bucs in the 2011 draft, appeared in 50 games for the team over the past four seasons, notching 66 tackles and seven sacks.
Tampa Bay also released kicker Connor Barth, linebackers Larry Dean and Khaseem Greene, defensive backs Brandon Dixon and Chris Hackett, wide receiver Tavarres King, quarterback Seth Lobato, and guard Patrick Omameh.
NFL teams have until Saturday at 4 p.m. ET to trim their rosters to 53 players.
