Lewis, undrafted out of East Carolina in 2012, spent all of last season on the 49ers' practice squad and will fight for a roster spot with the Saints during camp. The 26-year-old has appeared in three career NFL games, each with the Redskins in 2013, but he has not recorded any receiving statistics.
