The Tennessee Titans have selected linebacker Deiontrez Mount from Louisville with their first selection in the sixth round of the 2015 NFL Draft.
Mount played in 13 games and registered five sacks. Some scouts questioned whether he has the pass-rushing prowess to succeed as a 3-4 outside linebacker in the NFL, but the Titans apparently believe in his potential.
Mount will compete for snaps as a backup and will likely be asked to contribute on special teams as a rookie.
