Mayo's last two seasons have been slowed by injuries, but his experience and leadership are assets to the team's defense and assuming his health in 2015, Mayo -- who racked up 53 tackles in six games last season -- is in line start at linebacker for the Pats, along with Dont'a Hightower and Jamie Collins.
