Free-agent wide receiver Michael Crabtree left his visit with the Oakland Raiders without a contract, according to Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle.

Crabtree spent the entirety of his professional career with the San Francisco 49ers

The 27-year-old recorded 68 receptions for 698 yards and four touchdowns, playing in all 16 games for the 49ers.

Once viewed as an ascending star, Crabtree failed to replicate his totals from his career-best season in 2012 where he caught 85 passes for 1,105 yards and nine touchdowns - all career-highs.

Crabtree is considered by many to be the best free-agent wide receiver available but doesn't appear to be part of new 49ers head coach Jim Tomsula's long-term plans.
