Vikings COO Kevin Warren wants Adrian Peterson back in Minnesota
Minnesota Vikings new chief operating officer Kevin Warren's first order of business is to lure Adrian Peterson back.
Warren was promoted to COO Thursday, and spoke about Peterson at his introductory press conference.
"I can tell you my feelings about Adrian are very positive. I hope he finishes his career here in Minnesota," Warren told reporters.
Warren said he hopes to win "multiple" Super Bowl titles with Peterson and one day attend his Hall-of-Fame induction in Canton. #Vikings

There was some contention about Warren's feelings regarding Peterson, with ESPN reporting in November that the new COO was against the star running back's return to the club.
Warren did everything to dispel that notion Thursday.
"Once Adrian gets all of his items resolved with the NFL, I think (his return would) be good for all of us," Warren said.
Peterson was suspended for all but one game of the 2014 NFL season for allegedly abusing his son with a switch.
"He's a member of the Vikings family. I just wanted to go up, give him a hug and let him know he looked good," Warren said of Peterson's most recent court appearance.
By the terms of his suspension, Peterson is eligible for reinstatement on April 15.
