Jets hire Rex Hogan as director of college scouting

The New York Jets have hired Rex Hogan as their director of college scouting.
Hogan previously worked as a national scout for the Chicago Bears.
New York has done a poor job of evaluating talent over the past couple of years, and Hogan will be counted on to bring in quality personnel.
