The Seattle Seahawks are standing behind running back Marshawn Lynch and his unique approach to media relations.

When asked if he was growing tired of Lynch's antics in a Q&A with the Seattle Times, general manager John Schneider answered, "No. I kind of love his act."

Much has been made of Lynch and his reluctance to speak with media members, but his teammates and coaches unequivocally support the running back's quirkiness.

Schneider played things a little closer to the vest when discussing Lynch's contract status for next season.

“No. I mean, he’s under contract next year,” Schneider said regarding speculation Lynch won't be back in Seattle next year. “He’s a warrior. Goes out there every weekend and lays it on the line. I think you’d be hard-pressed to find a better running back in the National Football League.”

Lynch is set to earn a base salary of $5 million in 2015.
