San Francisco 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith denied drinking at the home of teammate Ray McDonald last week.

"As far as it’s concerned, I was over at Ray’s house for close to an hour," Smith told Matt Maiocco of CSNBayArea.com. "I didn’t drink one thing. And as far as it goes, relating to that, I have nothing else to say. It’s not my issue or my problem."

Smith, currently on probation for weapons and DUI charges, was named in a search warrant pertaining to an investigation of Ray McDonald for an alleged sexual assault.

He stated he is regularly tested for alcohol, and, when asked how often, answered, "Enough for me to pass the test."
