Latavius Murray: Out This Week

Murray (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams, csnbayarea.com reports.

Analysis:

With Murray having yet to gain full clearance under the NFL's concussion protocol, per sfgate.com, the running back was held out of Friday's practice. At 1-10, the Raiders have little incentive to rush Murray back, though when he is cleared to play, his strong showing in Week 12 should lead to an expanded role in the Oakland offense. In the meantime, look for the Raiders to roll with a rushing combo of Darren McFadden, Marcel Reece and Maurice Jones-Drew, with neither option a high-percentage Week 13 play.
