Analysis:

Once again, Lynch is taking a seat during the first practice of the week, which is par for the course for the Seahawks' lead back. Through seven games, though, he's been unable to uphold the standard set in his three full seasons with the organization (2011-13). During that span, he averaged 19.2 carries and 1.8 receptions per contest, but his 2014 marks ring in at 15.9 and 2.4, respectively. A turn in his fortunes may be on tap Sunday against the Raiders, who have yielded nine total touchdowns in seven games to running backs this season.
