When Johnson talks, Fuller listens. Receiver Corey Fuller is relishing the chance to learn from Calvin Johnson - and step up on the field in his absence. Fuller scored the game-winning touchdown last Sunday and said after that the first thing he does when he comes off the field is talk to Johnson about how to attack the defense.
Levy a Pro Bowler? NFL.com's Chris Wesseling believes it's time for linebacker DeAndre Levy to earn his first Pro Bowl nod.
Ansah reunites with sister. The Lions' trip to England has been an especially memorable one for Ezekiel Ansah because it allowed him to reunite with the sister he hasn't seen in six years. He moved from Ghana in 2008 to pursue a career in football and she moved to London.
Green Bay Packers
Back-shoulder breakdown. ESPN has an excellent feature breaking down why Aaron Rodgers' back-shoulder throw to Jordy Nelson is so difficult for defenses to stop.
Daniels not thinking contract. Defensive end Mike Daniels may be playing the best football of his career despite uncertainty around his future. Daniels is eligible to sign an extension to his rookie contract after the season, but he says it won't distract him.
Clinton-Dix, Hyde leading resurgent secondary. One of the most pleasant surprises of the Packers' season has been the play of the team's secondary. Much of the success can be traced back to first-round draft pick Ha Ha Clinton-Dix and swing man Micah Hyde.
Chicago Bears
Urlacher calls out Cutler. Former Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher had some harsh words of criticism for his old quarterback this week. Urlacher called out Jay Cutler for not producing numbers to match his large salary.
Ditka says Bears lack leaders. The Bears rotate their team captains from game to game and legendary coach Mike Ditka doesn't like it. Ditka went on to concede that the Bears don't have a player on their roster worthy of being a permanent captain.

Minnesota Vikings

Turner knows Bridgewater will have growing pains. Offensive coordinator Norv Turner says he expects rookie quarterback Teddy Bridgewater to have off games like he did against the Buffalo Bills. "There’s going to be things we like, there’s going to be things where he’s growing, and things where you shake your head a little bit," Turner said.
Recusal request denied. Attorneys for Adrian Peterson tried to get the judge overseeing their client's child abuse trial recused, but their motion was denied. Peterson's trial is tentatively set to begin on Dec. 1.
