Per John Glennon of the Tennessean, Greene suggested that he was able to do "just about everything" at practice Wednesday and feels good about playing this weekend against the Texans. That said, in such a scenario, it's hard to endorse Greene as a Week 8 fantasy option, with Bishop Sankey also in the Titans' backfield equation.
