Lions sign Kellen Davis

The Detroit Lions added some veteran depth to their tight end corps on Monday, signing free-agent Kellen Davis.

Injuries to tight ends Eric Ebron and Joseph Fauria necessitated Davis's signing.

In six seasons split between the Chicago Bears and Seattle Seahawks, Davis racked up 50 receptions for 561 yards and 12 touchdowns.
