Falcons place Lamar Holmes on IR

Atlanta Falcons right tackle Lamar Holmes was placed on injured reserve Tuesday with a foot injury.

Holmes will now miss the remainder of this season, joining center Joe Hawley (knee) and tackle Sam Baker (knee) as valued offensive linemen on the Falcons' injured reserve list.
