Derek Carr: Hurts Ankle and Knee Sunday
Carr suffered a high ankle sprain and a sprained MCL in Sunday's loss to the Dolphins, ESPN.com reports.
Analysis:
The Raiders are on bye in Week 5, which affords Carr some extra healing time in advance of the team's Oct. 12 contest against the Chargers. At this stage though, Carr is presumably iffy for that game. Matt McGloin finished Sunday's game for the Raiders, with veteran QB Matt Schaub away from the team due to a family matter.
