Arizona Cardinals

Cardinals where they belong at 3-0. Danny Kelly, a Seahawks blogger for SBNation.com, analyzes the film from the Cardinals' Week 3 win over the 49ers and concludes that the team deserves to be one of the NFL's few undefeated teams.

Palmer's shoulder wakes up. Carson Palmer's mysterious shoulder ailment seems to be getting better and the Cardinals are hopeful he'll return to full practices after the bye week. What happened to improve Palmer's situation? The nerves in his shoulder finally responded to treatment.

QBs work on sliding feet first. Coach Bruce Arians is fed up with watching his quarterbacks risk their health by diving head first for yardage. All three Cardinals quarterbacks spent time this week practicing baseball slides.

San Francisco 49ers

What's wrong with the 49ers? CBS Sports looks at the film and breaks down the various reasons the 49ers are suddenly ranked among the NFL's worst teams in key defensive metrics. 

Johnson builds fantasy team of regular people. Stevie Johnson had some fun on Twitter this week, calling out his followers for not producing at their workplaces for his "fantasy team" the way his fantasy owners get after him. The back-and-forth he had with followers was really amusing. It turns out changing diapers is worth five fantasy points.

McDonald praised. Ray McDonald has been playing well despite his well publicized off-field issues. Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio recently praised his big defensive end for handling the "burden on his mind."

Seattle Seahawks

Very high praise for Wilson. Is Russell Wilson already the NFL's best quarterback? One ESPN writer thinks so

Turbin learned work ethic from his father. Running back Robert Turbin tells the Seahawks' official team website that he learned the importance of hard work from his father, a head mechanic for the last 40 years.

Chiefs fans will try to take back record. The Chiefs host the Patriots on Monday Night Football and the fans at Arrowhead Stadium will attempt to recapture the Guiness World Record for loudest stadium from the 12th Man.

St. Louis Rams

Revisiting the "Greatest Show on Turf." Analytics website FiveThirtyEight.com examines the Rams' groundbreaking offense at the turn of the millennium and the influence it has on offenses around the league today.

Bye comes at a good time. The Rams will take a week off, and that's good news for a team missing several key contributors due to injury. Receiver Tavon Austin could be back in the lineup in Week 5, as could quarterback Shaun Hill. The question is whether a healthy Hill will get his starting job back. 

Long scooting around on injured leg. Rams trainers have reportedly considered posting speed limit signs around team facilities to slow down Chris Long as he rides a scooter around. Long is recovering from an ankle injury and can't put any weight on his foot.
