Report: Steelers' Jarvis Jones placed on IR-Recall

The Pittsburgh Steelers have placed outside linebacker Jarvis Jones on IR-Recall.
Jones underwent wrist surgery Monday after sustaining an injury in Sunday's win over the Carolina Panthers, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
In Jones' absence, Arthur Moats will likely be slated to start.
The second-year linebacker had recorded two sacks through three games this season.
The Steelers selected Jones in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft.
