Burfict failed to take part in practice this week, as he remains under the league's concussion protocol. While having one of their top tacklers out of the lineup surely hurts, the Bengals shouldn't be challenged too much by the Titans' meager ground game. With Sean Porter, Burfict's top backup, out with a hamstring injury, rookie Marquis Flowers could make his first NFL start at outside linebacker.
