Analysis:

Per the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Gordon is eligible to return to action in Week 12, for the Browns' Nov. 23 contest against the Falcons. The Plain Dealer adds that the wideout is not expected to face any additional suspension stemming from a recent DWI charge. Thus, assuming no further violations of the league's substance-abuse policy, Gordon is on track to be available for the Browns' final six games.
