Analysis:

Parker got the nod over the bigger, more dynamic Washington on account of his experience in the league. We wouldn't expect a lot of targets, but the Giants often have three wideouts on the field, so Parker will see some. Keep in mind also that Odell Beckham could be back in the next couple weeks, so Parker's promotion is likely to be short-lived.
