Bears' Jeremiah Ratliff leaves game vs. 49ers with concussion

Chicago Bears defensive tackle Jeremiah Ratliff exited Sunday night's game against the San Francisco 49ers with a concussion.

With all the trouble the Bears have had defending the run, it will be a major blow to Chicago's defense if Ratliff is forced to miss an extended period of time.
