St. Louis Rams defensive end Michael Sam saw his first taste of NFL action Friday night against the New Orleans Saints.
Sam entered with 5:13 remaining in the first quarter, becoming the first openly gay player to appear in an NFL game. His first tackle came in the second quarter.
