Saints' Sean Payton one-ups quarterback Brees: 'I want to coach 'til I'm 80'

There probably isn't a bond between coach and quarterback stronger than Sean Payton and Drew Brees of the New Orleans Saints. 

Like any fully-functioning relationship, there's plenty of ribbing to be had, and Payton took the opportunity to poke fun at his pivot when asked about his desire to play until he's 45. 

I feel 30 and I want to coach ‘til I’m 80.

The teasing quickly turned to praise when Payton was asked if Brees was indeed feeling the effects of age. 

"I don’t see that in his play, in his preparation," Payton said via ESPN's Mike Triplett. "I really don’t. It is a credit to not only his mental preparation but how he takes care of himself."
