Second-team All-American receiver Sammy Watkins is headed to the Buffalo Bills. The team traded up to obtain the Cleveland Browns' No. 4 pick, giving up the No. 9 overall pick, a 2015 first-round pick and a 2015 fourth-round pick.

The Clemson product is considered by some draft analysts to be the best wide receiver prospect since A.J. Green and Julio Jones. In 2010, Watkins became just the fourth true freshman to be named first-team All-American. In his third and final season with the Tigers, he caught 101 passes for 1,464 yards and 12 touchdowns.

At 6-foot-1 and 211 pounds, Watkins isn't a physically imposing player like many of the NFL's top wideouts. What he lacks in size, he makes up for with world-class speed, sticky hands and exceptional route-running technique.

Watkins should step into the Bills offense as a Day 1 starter, giving sophomore quarterback EJ Manuel a formidable weapon.
