The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced on Wednesday they will be featured in the 12th edition of the hit HBO show "Hard Knocks," an expose on the inner-workings of an NFL training camp.

The first episode will air on Tuesday, Aug. 8 and will be followed by four additional episodes until Sept. 5.

"A tremendous amount of hard work goes on behind the scenes to prepare for an NFL season and 'Hard Knocks' does a great job every year of giving the fans the type of unprecedented access that only NFL Films can provide," Bucs general manager Jason Licht said in a statement.

At a press conference at the team facility, head coach Dirk Koetter expressed his feelings on allowing television cameras into the locker room.

"I like watching the show. I wished I wasn't on it," he said with a smile.

Young quarterback Jameis Winston is a certainty to be a focus of the program. An ascending talent, he was accused of rape in college, a matter that was settled in a civil lawsuit in 2016. Koetter said the show may allow those outside of the facility to gain a different perspective of Winston.
