Teddy Bridgewater may have taken a big step toward his return from the devastating knee injury he suffered just prior to the 2016 season.

Video shared Tuesday on Reddit showed what appeared to be the Minnesota Vikings quarterback dropping back and making a throw, though it's possible it isn't Bridgewater or it's a pre-injury clip.

The video is legitimate, reports FOX Sports' Cameron DaSilva, who indicates Bridgewater originally posted it to his Instagram story.

It was believed the young pivot had yet to resume football activities. Head coach Mike Zimmer told Sirius XM on Monday that Bridgewater was only doing light rehab work.

The Vikings have yet to set a timetable for the quarterback's return, leading some to believe he won't be ready for the start of the 2017 season.
