Among the factors involved in the proposal to move the Oakland Raiders to Las Vegas, there's this: as part of the NFL's relocation fee, each of the league's owners - aside from the owners of the Rams, Chargers, and Raiders - will make more than $53 million after all three teams have changed locales, according to ESPN's Darren Rovell.

The Chargers and Rams were charged $650 million for their respective moves to Los Angeles. Las Vegas represents a smaller market than Oakland, however. That smaller size, among other things, means Raiders owner Mark Davis could pay less than half of what his competitors did. His relocation fee is expected to be below $400 million.

The final sum total represents a nice chunk of change for the rest of the league's owners.
