Jets' Brian Winters: Signs contract extension with Jets

Winters (shoulder) signed a four-year contract extension with the Jets on Monday.

Analysis:

Winters had become a dependable lineman for the Jets before landing on IR in Week 15. The Jets' third-round selection in 2013, he should return in full next season and is now set to remain in New York through 2020.
