Houston Texans running back Lamar Miller will return to the lineup for the wild-card matchup against the Oakland Raiders after being left off Friday's injury report.

Miller missed the last two games of the regular season due to an ankle injury, but was a full participant in the Texans' final practice session of the week.

The 25-year-old carried the ball a career-high 268 times during his first season in Houston. While Miller was highly effective on the field, the heavy workload appeared to take its toll as he was continuously hampered by injuries.

However, the running back said two weeks of rest has allowed him to get fresh for the postseason.

"I feel like it's Week 1," Miller said Wednesday, according to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle. "The workload, it was new to me, but I think overall I did a great job of taking care of my body. It was the little things that got to me, but I feel good right now."
