Steelers' Shamarko Thomas: Out Sunday

Thomas (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's tilt against the Bills.

Analysis:

Thomas was unable to practice throughout the week as he remains subject to the league's concussion protocol. Robert Golden and Mike Mitchell will continue to start at safety for the Steelers.
